Jukjeon Cafe Street / Bojeong-dong Cafe Street (보정동카페거리)

My girlfriend brought me to Jukjeon Cafe Street a few weekends ago and I LOVE IT. It has this relaxed, European feel, kind of reminded me that time when I was in Nice, and most of all, I love it because it is not crowded, even on a Sunday afternoon. I've read that even the locals have trouble finding it, which is probably why it's not packed with people.

Firstly, even though I know it as Jukjeon Cafe Street, it's known as Bojeong-dong Cafe Street to the locals.

We took the subway to Jukjeon Station and walked there by navigating on Naver maps. My friend was referring to a blog for directions that took us into Shinsegae, and then emart but we got lost so we just ended up using the map instead.

Here's the address: Bojeong-dong, Giheung-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do경기도 용인시 기흥구 보정동

It's about 20 minutes to walk from the station and once you cross the mini stream, you're almost there!

As you know, I'm always in search of a quiet, not too crowded place so this was perfect. We spent almost the whole day there - lunch, coffee, and a bit of shopping.

There was like a 'market' area selling some handmade stuff too.

There's one main stretch of road and about 6 parallel lanes if I remember correctly. It would take maybe about 30 minute to walk through all the lanes.

This restaurant was full of people! We wanted to eat here but didn't want to wait but I would love to try it next time!

I just looovveeee flower shops in South Korea.

This cafe is pet-friendly!
