last weekend my sister and i decided to check out the cats of the world exhibition at the arts house. it's an annual exhibition and we missed it last year so we made sure we wouldn't miss this one.

i would recommend only cat-lovers to go because you can finish the exhibition within 20 minutes and if you don't like cats, it WILL BE a complete waste of your time.

my sister got me a cat cupcake magnet from the purrzaar market where proceeds go to the cat welfare society of singapore. :)


after the exhibition my sister, bro-in-law and i had tea at marina bay sands! it was their first time there (haha!) and i felt so excited for them. been wanting to have tea at the twg because it's on a 'bridge' above the fake indoor river where the 'sampan' (gondola) rides go back and forth. the atmosphere and ambience were amazing. the music, service and the natural light from the glass roof made our afternoon tea delightful and lovely. i LOVE the tea jelly for the scones. slurps. i could eat it like i'm eating jelly.


before we went to mbs, we were at the esplanade and i saw this:


it's an amusing disgrace and it's funny yet not quite funny.
