we just booked almost 90% of the flights/accommodation for our vacation in august over the weekend (yipee! more on that later) and so i told david that we need to have one last good lux meal before we scrimp and start saving up for the trip.
and so.. we went to au chocolat at marina bay sands for brunch. it was AWESOME. or that i was too hungry. the last time we had brunch was at five & dime and it was pretty bad so i was totally looking forward to au chocolat because i heard they serve very good brunches.
the french onion soup was so yummy. most of the food had portions good enough to share. if you ever go there, don't forget to save some stomach space for desserts! think that's what they're really famous for as well.
it's almost mid-week! always happy on hump days. :)
love,
minnie
continuing my south korea travelogue... here we are at the gorgeous and snowy mount sorak! it was cold but the snow was melting and i felt so adventurous climbing the steps and eventually huge rocks to get quite high up there, but not high enough - my monkey boyfriend climbed all the way to the top and got a medal! he is one agile man. i was a little proud. haha!
at one point where it was just rocks, me and more rocks, i swear my knees went a little weak, having all sorts of paranoid thoughts of myself tripping or falling over.
oh, and it snowed a little while we were up there at the top. how lovely. :)
i was never the ankle-strap kinda girl because ankle straps and fat calves don't go but zara kept coming out with all these gorgeous ankle-strap heels, especially the sandals, i succumbed to my weakness and got myself a pair! no frets about my calves, either i suck it up and walk with confidence, or wear skinnies with it!
right now my feet is also at the stage whereby my feet size is sometimes size 36 sometimes size 37. sometimes if i buy size 37, it would fall out half way and i need to put insoles. ankle straps are more secured in a way and sandals are so great for the hot weather. it's almost 30 degrees every night now can you believe it.
can't wait to get my hands on more of these heeled sandals!

i LOVE looking at celeb's choice of fashion at coachella. it's like the music's secondary but the fashion comes first, at a music festival. they're all glammed up but in a casual way.
check out some of my favourite coachella fashion last year here.

got this vintage looking top at a steal from loveandbravery's warehouse sale last week! do look out for the next one and in the mean time.. check out their amazing spring lookbook here!
love them kitties! big and small.
the tragic story of how i never got to eat this ice cream that david fed me straight into my mouth like how he's feeding me the corn (horizontally into my mouth like a rocket) - it fell right out before my mouth got to it.
so cute i just want to pat it!
pardon my expression, it was my first time having birdies land on my palms and pecked the shit out of it!
and this.. is a hybrid cross between a lion and a tiger - liger.
everland resort is this amazing huge theme park that has sorta like a mini zoo in it, as well as rides. we spent most of our time looking at animals at the zoo part, did this float snow slide thing. oh if you're ever there, do queue for the safari ride to get upclose encounter with these big cats and bears doing tricks.
xoxo
